I love Myers Auto Service, I would not trust my car with anyone else. I want to thank you for helping my son when he came in without me and taking care of him. Giving him his options on what can be fixed and what needs to be fixed is a great idea when working with Nick. He just turned 22 and he's just learning about life his father's busy bein on the rescue squad for the fire department and doesn't take much time for him. So all he has is good all mom and Grandpa. Thank you again you guys are the best wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. I recommend you guys to everyone I talk to. The funny thing is is my best friend who I've known since I was 14 her fiance owns the auto place at Lindbergh and and Lemay.haven't taken my car to him for years since I found you guys. Thank you very much for your honesty that means a lot to me.

Service was super-duper as usual. Chris was kind enough to stay late to make sure that I got my car back before he went home. What a guy! If someone out there is looking for a new repair shop and reading this right now, get yourself an appointment with Meyer's. It'll be the smartest thing you do all week!

This was my fourth experience at Waterloo Automotive. As before the customer service was excellent, they take the time to fully explain, using no pressure tactics and they don't speak down to the customer. When I ask questions, they are answered fully in "human" terms. When I say "no" they accept it gracefully with no sighs, or rolling of eyes, (like I got across town at another place). I am a woman and I also don't feel I have to ask my brother to call them (which I have done many times in the past) to get a straight answer!
