I have been a loyal customer for many years. The people at Waterloo Automotive take care of me as if I were family. They are honest and will tell you if they cant fix something. My airbag light has been going on and off. They told me that if it is on bring straight to them, no appointment needed. Unfortunately, it is something the dealer has to deal with. If I need to get a new car, I know people at Waterloo Automotive will point me to something that is rated high for safety and low maintenance issues. Waterloo wont steer you wrong.

I live in Columbia and couldn't find local help with car issue. Called Waterloo Automotive and explained issue and they said no problem they could handle it. Very professional and good communication on explaining cost associated with repair required. Worth the trip to Waterloo. Plus my wife liked the way the cars were parked so neatly in their lot:)
