Had an issue with a noise coming from somewhere under the hood, so I naturally took it to Waterloo Automotive to have it located and diagnosed. The team located an issue that caused some of the noise but not all. Rescheduled another visit and problem solved. I've never been disappointed with the service that I've received at Waterloo Automotive.

We recently purchased a new to us used vehicle for my daughter. We had Waterloo Automotive complete their “bumper to bumper” inspection on it. They looked everything over and changed the oil, as well as provided me with the information that it was time to replace the tires…..which were 7 years old. This shop doesn’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services. They tell it like it is and take care of my vehicle repair needs fast. They’re knowledgeable and friendly and they have my family’s business for as long as I live here! They can be trusted!

Had a check engine lite come on so took it to Waterloo Automotive. Code was read and determined the defective part. Once it was replaced diagnostics was performed and a test drive to verify proper operation. During the test drive it was noticed that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. As always I was notified of the issue as well as the other to approve the service. They were both performed in the same visit so reschedule wasn't necessary. Thanks to Waterloo Automotive for looking out for me.
