I was out of town and red light appeared. According to car manual, it possibly meant oil pressure sensor. I stopped by a reputable repair shop close to where I was. The mechanic said I was "good to go." It was somewhat low on oil. I left the premises, drove a few miles and same red light appeared, but now the red light was coming on more rapidly. Not knowing what the problem was, I was hesitant about driving back to Waterloo without doing possible damage. I was going to return to the repair shop, but passed another reputable repair shop on the way. I explained the situation, but he, too, said probably low oil or needed oil change but was safe to drive back home. When I returned to Waterloo I drove straight to Waterloo Automotive and explained the situation. I was asked if I could return in about an hour. I did just that and my car was immediately looked at by a technician. The technician found the problem and within an hour I was able to return home. This is a huge shout-out to Waterloo Automotive and their entire team. Being that this occurred on a Friday, I did not expect to have my car looked at and repaired the same day. Way to go!

The guys in the office do a great job communicating with their techs as to what I need done. They are always helpful and pleasant to work with. I am just sorry that I hadn't gone to them earlier. It is SO nice have a company in our town that does such a great job. Thank you!

It's not every day that you can say that your car repair shop is honest and trustworthy. Today is that day. You'll never find a better group of people that Josh and his crew. I've been going to Waterloo Automotive for about 15+ years with all of our car needs. Today's was a wheel bearing that was going out on my truck. I noticed it on my way into work, took a turn and dropped it off at the shop. Josh and the guys got it in within a day, all fixed up and back to work. Thanks guys!

I not only love the convience of the location of the shop, but ALL of the guys that work there are SUPER helpful. Have delt with Brandon the most. Really appreciate the updated email letting me know what they checked out on the vehicle, but what is an urgent repair needed and what is not urgent. I trust their opinion. I have never felt forced into a repair. Love that they also send pictures of anything that needs repair, such as a blemish on a tire that could potentially be a problem in the future. They bring it to your attention, but let you make the decision on when the repair is to be done.

Every one at waterloo automotive are awesome, they treat you like family. I had an oil leak in my engine and they not only hosed down the undercarrage of the car, it looked like they washed my whole car. And they told me the sender was included in the other part that they put on so it would be cheaper but when they got the part it was two separate parts and so more expensive, so they wound up gifting me the price of the sender. They are the best, and I wouldn't take my car to any one else.
