I thought maybe I needed a new starter, but the technicians at Waterloo Automotive quickly discovered a huge rodent nest in my engine compartment. They admitted that this was a bigger job than they could handle and recommended I tow my car to the dealership. Through all of thi s they were very helpful and courteous.

The issue with our car was odd. It would shut down any time we lowered the RPM, as in when we were stopping, or slowing down in traffic, etc. They had not seen much of this before so they had to do some investigation. Fortunately, they are pretty astute people and determined what the problem was and how to correct it. Obviously, they are very good mechanics! Now all is well and I would highly recommend then!!
