I have taken my vehicles here for many years and the service is always top of the line. My grandson just got his car back from this shop and it had several difficult problems. It took some time, but they did not give up and corrected all of the problems. These guys are good, and the office people do a great job in helping you and getting you in as soon as possible.

Scheduled a next day appointment for a recommended rear shocks replacement. Short time later Josh called to let me know that they could have the parts that day and have the service complete that day if desired. Even offered a loaner car if needed. That's the type of service and consideration to expect from Waterloo Automotive.

I have taken my vehicle here since approximately 2008. My husband also took his truck to be worked on. This is when my husband said "you can trust these people". Since he was a mechanic himself for many years he knew what he was talking about. My husband passed away in 2013. After he passed away I was thankful I had someone I could trust to work on my vehicle.
