My family left on vacation and we left my daughter’s car with Waterloo Automotive for several smaller repairs. They texted or called me when they had any questions and took very good care of her vehicle while we were gone. I never had to think about it once while on vacation, which means the world to us! We are loyal customers for good!

As a person who keeps cars a long time, it’s imperative that I find a local shop that I trust. I 100% trust Waterloo Automotive to be honest, to be thorough, to be efficient, to give me a fair price on labor and parts, to explain things in ways I can understand without being condescending, and to be friendly and kind. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I thought I had brake issues, they carefully diagnosed the issues and determined that the brakes were fine and that the problem was likely a warranted drive train issue. I can always trust a thorough evaluation and no unnecessary charges!

Very polite and helpful front office staff. You most likely will need an appointment but they are very timely. High tech diagnostic tests as well.
