Waterloo Automotive is great. Setting an appointment was easy. They listened and took notes when I described the problem, and even asked if I could use a loaner! By end of day I had my vehicle back and everything worked out perfectly.

Josh and his staff are very helpful and perform great service! This is "hometown" service and help at its best!

The night before a week long family trip my daughter’s car died and wouldn’t start. I had the car towed to Waterloo Automotive and they took care of it while we were on vacation, even taking time to text and email me updates on services and charges. I trust them fully with anything large or small when it comes to vehicle maintenance or repairs! It ended up just being a bad battery, but they checked the whole starting system over to make sure her car was tip top! I appreciate that level of service and commitment to customers!! That’s why all of our vehicles go to Waterloo Automotive!

Brought car in to have ignition tumbler changed out. Figured it would 2 or 3 days. Wanted to keep same key code so key would still work in door. In at 8 and done by 3. All perfect. Would definitely recommend.
