Professional staff from start to finish. Shaun was very knowledgeable about my oil leak issue on my truck. He explained in great and professional details on what to do and look out for my truck issues. Shaun, Brandon, Josh and the whole entire staff at Waterloo Automotive are excellent!! I was very pleased with the customer service . NO pressure to do any thing more than I asked .They did inform me about some factory suggested service that I may want to consider in the future I will be a return customer.

My truck had lots of issues not addressed by the previous owner. The front office prioritized a list of what was most urgent, so now I can schedule less pressing work in the future. Super helpful!

Back in July 2023 I had my old car in the shop. There was a lot wrong with it and it would be costly. There was possibly engine failure that could still happen even after they fixed it. Being that I don’t know much about cars, they could have gotten a lot of money from me. They were honest! I ended up getting a new to me car. I will always bring my car to Waterloo Automotive! They are honest, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond! I love the reports they send with notes & pictures. They even will come pick up & drop the car off at my work! I highly recommend!!

I called Waterloo Auto hoping they could help as I was losing air in my tire due to a nail. They not only got me right in to fix the tire, but there was also no charge.
