Very professional, totally honest. They explain every detail of what your vehicle needs to be repaired. They also preform a multipoint inspection to see if anything else will cause you problems in the future. I have been going to this auto repair business for several years now and would not consider going anywhere else for repairs.

Most car dealerships are unable to provide quick appointments for diagnostic services. I was told that there was a problem with the alignment of my left rear tire and feared a safety issue. I was able to received a quick, reassuring diagnostic review of my car. I will return for services as needed for my 2013 vehicle.

Waterloo Automotive is the best auto repair business I’ve ever had the experience of using. They always find the issue and offer the best work for the price. This time was no different, they found the issue and fixed it for FREE!!! Because it was still under warranty. However I only had one issue this time with communication on the progress of my vehicle, they didn’t let me know they were going to hold my car for an entire weekend.
