I've been bringing my vehicle to Waterloo Automotive for 15 years and have always gotten excellent service. I've recommended them to many family and friends.

Very pleased with our experience. We contacted them after we had a coolant leak. I didn’t know how to even get it there, they recommended a reliable towing service but also urged me to call insurance in case it was covered. We had an oil change recently as well along with some other work on a different car. The prices are always reasonable and a few months ago they went out of their way to help us find a unique part for our car. They can also provide a temporary loaner car and have been upfront every time we go to have any maintenance done. Highly recommend to anyone.

Candace and Brandon are always there to help you with questions and details. They both are very educated in the field. Josh the owner is an awesome guy. His shop is a reflection of his personality and knowledge. Josh is involved in every vehicle that comes through. He knows his customers by name and can tell you what kind of car you drive.
