We've been bringing our vehicles here for the last 2 years. We have always had excellent customer service. Pricing is more than fair and I've never felt pressured to "add a service". We will only use Waterloo Automotive.

Brandon and Josh were extremely helpful! My car went into limp mode and they took my call, had me scheduled for the next day and got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Price was affordable and service was exceptional. Would recommend to friends and family!

They may not be super heroes, but they seem like it at times. I take all of our vehicles to Waterloo Automotive because they work on my cars in the same way that they work on their families vehicles….and that’s a win in my book every time! I had to get my brakes replaced and Waterloo Automotive was fast and fairly priced. Their communication rocked- they were very transparent about what was an immediate issue vs what I could wait to fix. The work was done in a timely manner and they were pleasant to work with!
