Waterloo Automotive is the best!! They take good care of me! Twice now within the last year I have had to suddenly pull in (the first time for a check engine light suddenly going on). And, Yesterday I had just gotten into town when my car suddenly stalled. I was able to pull over and restart it and I drove directly to Waterloo automotive. They had some answers for me early this morning and helped me figure out what to do next! Thanks Waterloo Automotive for being so convenient, courteous and helpful!!

I found Waterloo Automotive when we moved to Waterloo and I was looking for a family owned shop that I could trust. I gave them a shot over ten years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. It has gotten to the point now where I call and make an appointment and just tell Josh to do whatever needs done and I’ll pick my vehicle up! They never push unnecessary services and have very fair pricing! It’s a bonus that they all know me and my family by name!!
