This shop is amazing! I’ve been taking all of my vehicles here for many years now and they treat you like a member of their family. They are honest, hard working, and fair….and they never try to upsell something that you don’t need! My kids are now even taking their vehicles to Waterloo Automotive!

Had sidewall damage to several tires. Technician submitted photos indicating severity of problem while car was just in for routine oil change, so it was easy to see issues and have tires replaced quickly.

I moved out of the area just over a year ago and tried to find a new, reputable shop - and failed. It's a two hour drive from where I live now, but it is so worth it to come back here. A local shop in my new area told me I needed a specific type of repair. I had a big hunch that I didn't. I took my car back to Waterloo Automotive for some routine maitenance, and wouldn't you believe it? That repair the other shop said I "needed" did not exist. I 10000% support this shop. They are very honest and up front; they won't make up fake repairs to get money out of you. I will be coming back here for as long as I can.
