This review is long overdue. Waterloo Automotive is a shop I’ve been going to for a little over five years. What I can tell you about this shop, and every employee, is that they truly care. I have never once felt taken advantage of. With every service they send a detailed report before they call. They do this so that you can have a full understanding before you make a decision. Waterloo Automotive has fit me in multiple times last minute when my vehicle has broken down. I truly trust them. Not only that, but when my car has broken down in the past and I was in a panic trying to find a temporary vehicle, they offered me a loaner. If you are looking for an automotive shop that truly cares, isn’t here to take your money, who will do an outstanding, honest job EVERY TIME, who gives the best customer service around, and will know you by name - then Waterloo Automotive is the place. Make the appointment, you will not regret it.

I am very impressed with all of the gentlemen at Waterloo Automotive when I recently took my car to them. I had a very good experience from start to finish. They were able to get me in very quick and they kept me informed. There were a few guys who wouldn’t give up until they found the cause. I ended up having to take it to the dealer bc it was a computer programming situation that only Nissan could fix. However they worked very hard all day and were very fair with pricing of the diagnostic testing. I totally recommend them !!!
