Scheduled a next day appointment for a recommended rear shocks replacement. Short time later Josh called to let me know that they could have the parts that day and have the service complete that day if desired. Even offered a loaner car if needed. That's the type of service and consideration to expect from Waterloo Automotive.

I have taken my vehicle here since approximately 2008. My husband also took his truck to be worked on. This is when my husband said "you can trust these people". Since he was a mechanic himself for many years he knew what he was talking about. My husband passed away in 2013. After he passed away I was thankful I had someone I could trust to work on my vehicle.

Had an issue with a noise coming from somewhere under the hood, so I naturally took it to Waterloo Automotive to have it located and diagnosed. The team located an issue that caused some of the noise but not all. Rescheduled another visit and problem solved. I've never been disappointed with the service that I've received at Waterloo Automotive.

We recently purchased a new to us used vehicle for my daughter. We had Waterloo Automotive complete their “bumper to bumper” inspection on it. They looked everything over and changed the oil, as well as provided me with the information that it was time to replace the tires…..which were 7 years old. This shop doesn’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services. They tell it like it is and take care of my vehicle repair needs fast. They’re knowledgeable and friendly and they have my family’s business for as long as I live here! They can be trusted!
