I have a 2003 Olds Alero that had an electrical issue and wouldn't start. This was the end of last year. Part was replaced and everything was good. Last week problem resurfaced and Waterloo Automotive checked it out and had determined the part that was replaced was faulty. They took care of it with no questions asked. They are very organized and run their business in a very professional manner.

I took my Equinox to Waterloo Automotive this week for a problem I was having with it veering off to the left when applying brakes at high speeds. It also had a vibration at lower speeds. They were able to get me in sooner than another shop I called. I was very impressed with the way they contacted me after the tech checked the car out and the recommendations needed to get me back on the road safely. Very professional. I will definitely be returning to their shop should I need help again. Thank You!

No where else will you find a personal hometown feel mechanic service. Josh and Candace are the best when it comes to getting you for emergencies, explaining auto repair in such a way that you understand whats going on without making you feel "dumb". All costs are broken down nicely and they I would say almost help you budget your repair costs (Candice let me know what repairs were urgent and what repairs we could hold off until later). I can not say enough good things about Waterloo Automotive. I've dealt with many different garages thru my years and they check all the boxes on good business.
