And they had a comfortable area, providing fresh brewed Keurig coffee as well as filtered cold water . And they kept to the scheduled appointment time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

The night before a week long family trip my daughter’s car died and wouldn’t start. I had the car towed to Waterloo Automotive and they took care of it while we were on vacation, even taking time to text and email me updates on services and charges. I trust them fully with anything large or small when it comes to vehicle maintenance or repairs! It ended up just being a bad battery, but they checked the whole starting system over to make sure her car was tip top! I appreciate that level of service and commitment to customers!!
