Always very courteous and accommodating. I have never questioned what services or repairs they were recommending for my car. Good service does come at a price, though.

Problem was a mystery to me, but identified and repaired quickly. Additional services were offered without any "hard sell" and I agreed on which needed to be done immediately. The service was, as always, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Waterloo Automotive.
