It is such a relief to finally find a repair shop that will do a good job. There is no need to return my vehicles to the repair shop to have the original repair corrected, again and again. The discount shops advertise a low price, then keep additing on extras. Meyersquotes a great job at a fair price. Additionally, Meyers treat you like a friend - not somebody they are doing a favor

When you have car troubles, it can be a very stressful time, also because it can be expensive. The Meyer's staff was always positive and kept me informed every step of the way, which is easing when we rely on our transportation so much. You might pay a little more here compared to a smaller mom and pop shop, but it is well worth the quality of the service and the comfort of knowing the job was done thoroughly and correctly. They really have your road safety in mind. They were not pushy and did not try to "sell" other fixes that were not needed. At a dealer's shop you would be just another tag in the window, but my experience with Meyer's was so much more personal and accommodating. It was also pleasantly surprising that they even have complimentary loaner cars for their customers if needed. I would certainly recommend Meyer's Automotive to friends and family and will be returning here for my future automotive needs.

I am so glad I found Meyer's Service. I have been going there for years for all of my car maintenance and problems (and they have helped me through many). I think they got me through three cars (at least). They know what they are doing, they don't upsell, or try to get you to do something that doesn't need to be done. They are a great bunch of people. They are friendly, polite, and I feel like family when I'm there. I alsways recommend them to everyone I know.

My 25-year old favorite Mercedes Sedan didn't pass the State Inspection due to fuel leaks from the Fuel Injection Pump and the Turbo unit. It is difficult to find reliable service for this rather unique car in Saint Louis. Meyer's Service was able to fix the problems in minimum time and took excellent care of the car and it's owners before, during and after the completion of the work. We are very happy with the work performed and the attention given to customer needs and service.

we took our car in today for an oil change. Expected great service as usual and we got it. Meyer's Service is consistent in service and has excellent customer service. Would't go anywhere else.
