I am always pleased with the work that Waterloo Automotive does on my vehicles. When I leave my car, I am confident that it will be thoroughly evaluated and that the work done will be only what is needed to "do it right!" Their customer service is the best. Loaner cars are very much appreciated. They actually "care" about their customers. I even paid extra to get my car towed THERE instead of somewhere else. Nobody is perfect, but they are the best around.
