I just came back from deployment and with a last minute notice/called to Waterloo Automotive shop asking to fit me in at a last minute notice. They gave me the first appoimtment at 0700 hrs the next morning. This is why I gave them a 5 star rating. Customer service at it's BEST!

We took our mini in for an oil leak that seemed to have no origin, this was after having it looked at by another shop. They repaired what they knew was leaking and put dye in the system to locate any other leaks. We were still leaking oil from an unknown area after second visit, my husband talked to the owner and they agreed to bring it back for one more visit to complete the repair. They had it for a number of days, but they were able to locate the leak and repair it, finally I have no more oil in my garage. Thank you for being persistent, and making it right.

I have brought my car here for years! Drive from Fenton Missouri to have my car taken care of here!

They changed my oil and did a check on all the different fluids and belts, check my tires. They gave me a list of what else need to be done.

I am a triple a member, single, live alone and still working. I do not have any family nearby to help me out. I do not fear a vehicle breakdown as triple a will tow to waterloo automotive and I can have a loaner car while mine is being repaired. What a relief as I work for a hospital environment and it is almost impossible to find someone if I call in
