My brakes were bad. To be honest. I could have spent less somewhere else but the products with warranty, the loaner car, and the always great, straight-forward service is worth a little more. Always a good experience at Meyers.

Dropped my car in with no notice whatsoever. Given a loaner for a few hour. Came back a few hours later all done with a big smile. You must go there.

something I have not seen in along time.....I actually received a call about my car BEFORE the work was done. Then I received updates on the progress. Everything was explained to me in a clear and understanding manner. Will get my business again!

I have been going to Waterloo Automotive for years now and we love them. They do fantastic work and the best customer service!!

I took my Camry in for an oil change. Chris called to let me know that one of my wipers was torn. He also reminded me that my plates were up for renewal in October. Chris asked if I wanted to have the inspection done now to save me another trip and the logistical challenges of getting the car back in when both of us work. Chris had the wipers changed, the car inspected and the oil changed and the car was still ready at the promised time. I almost forgot, Dave picked me up at work and drove me to pick up the car.

Not our first trip to Meyers. We just had some major issues a few months ago, we discovered Meyers with their amazing service, and their free rental car policy then. So as soon as we realized our car was no longer drive-able, Meyers was waiting with open arms. Also, we DID compare pricing on the work we needed done, and the quote Chris gave us was MUCH lower than every other place I spoke with. Keep up the good work Meyer's. you have life long customers in us- we just hope not to see you too often! ;)

Chris and Rich explain what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done to fixit. They never do the work without asking my okay, and when it's done, I know it's done correctly. Also, when my wifes 92 Grand AM needed a part, Rich called numerous places until he found it. AMAZING SERVICE ALWAYS. I'd recommend MEYERS to anyone. Thanks see you next time,
