Took car in for emissions and safety inspection. As usual, excellent service from Chris and Rich and the techs. Very trustworthy, they don't try to sell anything you don't need, but will alert you to the things you do need. These are "car guys".

I've been to Meyer for ten years and will continue to come for many more. Why? They're trustworthy, skilled, and friendly AND they always fix what needs to be fixed the first time.

After spending a pretty good amount on fixing my car, something entirely unrelated went wrong the following week. Both times I was given a FREE loaner car. I didn't have to give a downpayment that was refunded later or give my credit card number. It was a FREE loaner car. I'm totally satisfied with the work that was done on both occasions. I'm just so happy that I finally have a place I totally trust to take my car. Ahhhh - peace of mind is a good thing.

I had to bring my vehicle back in for the third time because the same problem recurred again. Your manager was genuinely concerned that they hadn't found and fixed the real problem the first two times. He worked with me, explained the newest repair, and gave me what I considered a fair discount on the final invoice total. I will utilize Waterloo Automotive again, but hopefully that will not need to be till next year's bumper-to-bumper service.

I have never felt more confident in the quality of service I received at Meyer's. In addition, my car has never run better. I feel that they genuinely care about my car - and even me! I have discovered other friends and acquaintances who have had their cars serviced there for years and are as satisfied as I am. I don't know what took me so long, but I'm happy that I finally have started to have my car serviced there.

We were absolutely delighted at the fast and efficient response to strangers passing by. There is no more comforting feeling than working with service stations that you can trust to take care of your vehicle. Thank you for taking care of us.
