My '02 Camry needed an oil change and the check engine light had come on. Rich called to let me know what was going on with the car. It needed approximately $2000 worth of service. Rich explained which items needed to be taken care of immediately and which I could defer. This was sooo helpful! I want my car to last and too be safe but I can't afford $2000 all at once. The service most urgently needed was completed in a timely manner. I have a plan for the remaining repairs and I have a car that is safe and driving well again. Thanks!
