Working with Brian & Jeremy we settled on four new Firestone tires for our Subaru. We made the decision to go with Waterloo Automotive after comparing tires online. The decision was really easy then since we have had excellent service from Waterloo Automotive on all our car maintenance for several years.

I just moved to Waterloo this past weekend and my car decided to lock up Sunday night. In a hurry I had to find an automotive repair shop and chose Waterloo Automotive because of all the positive reviews. I had it towed to their shop and they were very very prompt about calling me Monday morning letting me know what was wrong and my estimate. They had my car repaired within hours and Brian couldn't have been more helpful. I was excited to hear about their car loaners that are available.
