I took my vehicle in to have a missing weight from balancing replaced, Waterloo Automotive ran a diagnostic that I didn't order to charge $79.99. They did not replace the wheel weight or balance the tire. The mechanic I usually use doesn't have tire machines and had just done a full inspection of the car so the diagnostic was not needed. After a night of phone tag I was able to take the car back up there the next day and get the single tire balanced, which was the only reason it was there a day before. They refused any partial refund and pocketed $79.99 for a $18.00 service that I had ordered. I feel that it's worth mentioning that I was not given a price quote until pick up and how hard their customer service pushed buying new tires. I stated at drop off that I was only there for the weight and I knew the tires were old.

We had an issue with our vehicle and Josh got us in the next day. They advised us of extra services needed and we told them to go ahead and do it. They got them all done in one day and charged less than estimated. Josh said he estimates worst case scenarios for unknowns, then if it doesn't take as long, you are pleasantly surprised. They treat you like family. Hard to find such honesty!

I've been a customer of Waterloo Automotive for at least 2 years now. My car is 11 years old with 200,000+ miles and it needs work from time to time, more often than I'd probably like, but oh and well. The crew at WA are friendly, fair and fast. They're honest and perform the work due. They are very thorough as well!

I had never been to your shop before but when my vehicle was giving me trouble I was so thankful your shop was there. I didn't know I was going to meet such a concerned, helpful, friendly, thoughtful, caring staff. They informed me of the service my vehicle needed and the cost. I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is a family owned shop that treats it's customers as if they were family too! They are always transparent with all services they are performing and or recommending and can be trusted with any situation. Brian and his team are always honest and upfront and allow their customers to weigh in before making any decisions regarding repairs. They really are top notch and we are lucky to have found them! We highly recommend them!

Waterloo Automotive did a great job for me. I self diagnosed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced on my Ford pick up. I had it towed to Waterloo Automotive and they ran a thorough diagnostic and determined the fuel pump was not bad, but it was getting no power to the pump. They researched and tracked down the problem and found that it was a supplementary fuse that was the problem. My bill was $180 instead of $1,000. How good is that! I will never go anywhere else.

We had some major work done on one of our vehicles. We were treated with the utmost respect and the shop manager clearly explained what needed to be done and why. The work was done quickly and with no problems. We plan on having all of our service work in the future done by Waterloo Automotive.
