The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Great work on my car as well.

I took my car in to have it checked out and they let me see a loner car. Then when I took it back to get the work done on it they gave me a loner car. They of course did a great job. Thank you Waterloo automotive.

I have trust in Brian and his team that they will not conduct unethical service just to increase profit. As a customer that does not specialize in automotive, that is important! They find the problem, research the issue (from possible warranty opportunity to history of problems), fix it while explaining (in my language, and not technician level) what they did and then focus on the longevity of their work and follow-up. They are awesome!
