I have had service work done on my 2006 Silverado and also a 2017 GMC Sierra at Waterloo Automotive over the past 6 months. Without exception, the repairs were done to my satisfaction and everyone there acted in a courteous and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this business for your automotive service needs!

Had a Service Trailer brake warning message investigated during a regular oil/ filter change visit. Brian and Josh explained initial diagnosis before incurring repair charges which allowed me to return truck to the dealership where it is to be repaired under almost expired warranty. Professionals from start to finish.

The team at Waterloo Automotive go above & beyond when it comes to car care. I had my car in to get the oil changed & a deal fixed. They went out of the way to take the time to look over my car & let me know what other parts were needing to be fixed. They noticed my fan would not always shut off after the car was turned off. They worked me into the schedule for the next week to get it fixed before I took a long road trip.

Did you know they do tires too? I've actually had Brian and his team do 4 sets of tires on my trucks and my wife's SUV. And they don't just carry a handful of select tires either. They can get probably anything. I just had them put on a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers on my 2015 F150. Brian's price was competitive and, as always, the service was great. I called and he was able to get the tires and install them just two days later before I went on a road trip. Nothing better than a new set of tires! Thanks to everyone at Waterloo Automotive for another great service experience!
