I have been bringing my car here for years. When you find someone you trust you stay with them and I trust Waterloo Automotive. I come from Fenton to bring my car here. I highly recommend this place.

Within a couple hours of starting work, they texted me a link to a site that had pics of all my cars issues. Then I got to choose which I wanted fixed. There was no pressure, they answered all my questions (like how important some issues were) honestly. When I was told the total it was less than expected. In the past three years I've had bad experiences with 6 different mechanics. No more searching.

We have been going to Brian and his crew for many years for our car/truck maintenance and repair needs. They provide excellent communication and are always willing to answer questions. We appreciate their commitment to being "transparent" and honest about what is actually needed to keep our vehicles performing at their best. We have recommended them to many friends and family and love the incredible customer service they provide!

Site shows all problems they found. Detailed pics show your problem on your car. No pressure to fix everything. Tell them what you want fixed and they do it well and at a reasonable rate.

Employees are all wonderful they get my car in as fast as possible when I do have a problem and get me back on the road. Some places push to do unnecessary things, they do not, they recommend only and you decide, there is no pushing.

Excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and I trust them. I like the drop box for the key and the envelope. It worked out perfectly for me. I don't know anyone else with that kind of service.

I have never had a bad experience with Waterloo Automotive. This time, I had 4 new tires, upper ball joints replaced on both the left and right side, wheel alignment and the brake fluid replaced. I have over 235K miles on this car and she is back on the road !! Thanks to all...
