"CRV Alignmemt" CRV is out of alignment after the service yesterday. It pulls to the right and the steering has to be constantly turned to compensate for the pull.

Good morning Gary, the only change that was made to the vehicle was to rotate the tires andinflatethem to the correct pressure with the Bumper to Bumper Service. At your convenience we can rotate the tires back to the original position. As you know, the vehicle has one newer tire on it that is now on the front which is probably the cause of the concern. Please let me know when it's convenient for you and we will get this condition resolved. Thank you, Rich.
