Waterloo Automotive goes above and beyond with their customer service. on our last visit for an oil change they even noticed that our license plate sticker was expired and sent us a picture to remind us to renew!!! I never would have expected that amount of care from a service shop!

Zach was the technician that worked on my vehicle and it hasnt rode this good in a long time and Brian kept me informed the whole time on what was going on.

Had some work done on my Nissan Xterra, nothing major just had a hitch installed. The great thing about it is I could leave the truck there for the day and got a lift home saving me the hassle of getting someone to pick me up then return to retrieve when finished. I really appreciate that kind of attention to the details.

You won't find more professional, personal, friendly treatment anywhere else. They always do an expert job. When they say they stand behind their work, you can believe it because they always have for me. Once, a part they installed failed and they had to do the whole repair job again. The part was very hard to access and they had to disassemble and reassemble the whole intake system on the car to replace it. They had to replace gaskets and seals, etc. a second time. It cost me nothing. They stand behind their work and then parts they install. They are excellent at contacting you and updating you on progress on your car or notifying you of unforeseen things they find while working on your vehicle.

If you're not going to Brian and Josh for your car needs you should.....I retired from the automotive repair business (5 locations in St.Louis) after 45 years....this is where i get my families cars serviced.....friendly, compassionate, and fair PLUS great work......this is how automotive service should be done. Do yourself a favor and come to Waterloo Automotive and talk to either Brian or Josh....you won't be disappointed.
