We found Waterloo Automotive after getting tired of the chain oil and lube place in town. I felt I could never trust them and always wondered if automotive repairs were done well or if service recommended was even needed... Waterloo Automotive has proven to us that they care just as much for our vehicles as they would for their own friends and family. We have sent several of our friends and family to their shop and have never, ever had a bad experience. They are like having your brother or dad work on your vehicle and their shop rates and fees are always reasonable! We trust them, and you should too!

I have taken my vehicles there numerous times over the years and have been happy every time. The employees are always friendly, thorough with their work, honest in their discussions and their prices are fair. If you need work done on one of your vehicles, this is the place.

I finally found an auto mechanic business that I can trust. Being a single older woman, it is important for me to have an automotive place I can trust and fill totally comfortable with. Waterloo Automotive is that place. They are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and just overall caring toward their customers. There services are reasonable as well. The guys are always super friendly and don't suggest things that you don't need! Great service, always quick too! They offer shuttle service and lender cars if needed. Only place I take my cars!!
