Waterloo Automotive's service was so good that after having my wife's Pacifica serviced I decided to have my new 2020 Ford Explorer service for the first time there. The software they have invested in has made it easy to keep track of the vehicles even after you have left. Yourself and Waterloo Automotive have the vehicle records keep digitally so you can pull up to see what was recommended last time for future service work. Hands down beats what a dealership has for available records. I highly recommend them for any current or future vehicle service.
