Waterloo Automotive

My husband and I moved to Waterloo, IL a year and a half ago and didn't have anyone to do the usual automotive work on our cars. Through the grape-vine and our own research we found Waterloo Automotive. The care and dedication they have for their business and their customers is absolutely outstanding! We have had nothing but good experiences there as they have helped diagnose and fix countless problems or updates on our vehicles. They even offer rides to those living in the area so that taking and picking up your car is as convenient as possible. They are personable, friendly, affordable, and realistic. We couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of our vehicles and support our community!

I just came back from deployment and with a last minute notice/called to Waterloo Automotive shop asking to fit me in at a last minute notice. They gave me the first appoimtment at 0700 hrs the next morning. This is why I gave them a 5 star rating. Customer service at it's BEST!

We took our mini in for an oil leak that seemed to have no origin, this was after having it looked at by another shop. They repaired what they knew was leaking and put dye in the system to locate any other leaks. We were still leaking oil from an unknown area after second visit, my husband talked to the owner and they agreed to bring it back for one more visit to complete the repair. They had it for a number of days, but they were able to locate the leak and repair it, finally I have no more oil in my garage. Thank you for being persistent, and making it right.

They changed my oil and did a check on all the different fluids and belts, check my tires. They gave me a list of what else need to be done.
