They call and explain in full detail any issues they see on your vehicle. There are never any hidden surprises. The mechanics will advise you of any foreseen issues. They snap pictures of the issues and forward to you. You can have peace of mind that your vehicle will leave their lot repaired.

We were looking for a local and honest mechanic after many poor experiences with the big name auto shops. Waterloo Automotive came highly recommended by our neighbor so we decided to give them a try. From the moment I called and spoke with Josh, I knew we found our place. Courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and honest, Josh kept in touch with us during the whole experience. He never pressured us for unnecessary service, came right to the point on what exactly needed to be done. Josh explained the problem in a manner that was understandable to us, but never made us feel ignorant or silly. We will be returning for vehicle maintenance and repair for certain. This repair shop is friendly, understanding, and caring. They did an excellent presale inspection for only $109. Not only found items that should be addressed before purchase, but preventative things to get taken care of after purchase. They worked us in ASAP and always provide a comprehensive itemized result report sent to your email and printed for you when you pick up. Couldn't be happier!!
