I've been a customer of Waterloo Automotive for at least 2 years now. My car is 11 years old with 200,000+ miles and it needs work from time to time, more often than I'd probably like, but oh and well. The crew at WA are friendly, fair and fast. They're honest and perform the work due. They are very thorough as well!

I had never been to your shop before but when my vehicle was giving me trouble I was so thankful your shop was there. I didn't know I was going to meet such a concerned, helpful, friendly, thoughtful, caring staff. They informed me of the service my vehicle needed and the cost. I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is a family owned shop that treats it's customers as if they were family too! They are always transparent with all services they are performing and or recommending and can be trusted with any situation. Brian and his team are always honest and upfront and allow their customers to weigh in before making any decisions regarding repairs. They really are top notch and we are lucky to have found them! We highly recommend them!

Waterloo Automotive did a great job for me. I self diagnosed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced on my Ford pick up. I had it towed to Waterloo Automotive and they ran a thorough diagnostic and determined the fuel pump was not bad, but it was getting no power to the pump. They researched and tracked down the problem and found that it was a supplementary fuse that was the problem. My bill was $180 instead of $1,000. How good is that! I will never go anywhere else.

We had some major work done on one of our vehicles. We were treated with the utmost respect and the shop manager clearly explained what needed to be done and why. The work was done quickly and with no problems. We plan on having all of our service work in the future done by Waterloo Automotive.

Waterloo Automotive has THE BEST customer service! These folks are friendly and personable and go up and above their job requirements to help their customers. They call and explain in full detail any issues they see on your vehicle. There are never any hidden surprises. The mechanics will advise you of any foreseen issues. They snap pictures of the issues and forward to you. You can have peace of mind that your vehicle will leave their lot repaired.

Waterloo Automotive is the best place in this area to take your vehicles to, they are honest, excellent in their area of expertise of knowledge, polite and just great to work with. I have been to this business many times with different problems and they have always performed to my satisfaction. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend this business for any of your car needs.
