We were looking for a local and honest mechanic after many poor experiences with the big name auto shops. Waterloo Automotive came highly recommended by our neighbor so we decided to give them a try. From the moment I called and spoke with Josh, I knew we found our place. Courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and honest, Josh kept in touch with us during the whole experience. He never pressured us for unnecessary service, came right to the point on what exactly needed to be done. Josh explained the problem in a manner that was understandable to us, but never made us feel ignorant or silly. We will be returning for vehicle maintenance and repair for certain. This repair shop is friendly, understanding, and caring. They did an excellent presale inspection for only $109. Not only found items that should be addressed before purchase, but preventative things to get taken care of after purchase. They worked us in ASAP and always provide a comprehensive itemized result report sent to your email and printed for you when you pick up. Couldn't be happier!!

I got the call that every parent dreads,” Mom my check engine light came on.” I didn’t need to worry though. My daughter had attended the Car Care Class night at Waterloo Auto the year before. She quickly informed me it was safe to drive home as the light was not blinking and it was probably just the oxygen sensor acting up in the humidity. She nailed it! Diagnosis was confirmed. I love that the Waterloo Auto Team had prepped this new driver for whatever came her way. We got this fixed and did some other routine maintenance and my happy teen is back in her car to sing some more carpool karaoke with friends. Keep up the good work!

Waterloo Automotive Gets the repair done on a timely bases, softer they have reached out to the owner of the vehicle and discuss each and every problem per the owner request.our vehicles will go for oil change or repairs to anyone else in the area except for WATERLOO AUTOMOTIVE

Josh and Brian are awesome. When I come in for my auto maintenance, they are so friendly and treat me like an old friend. The techs also are friendly and are so experienced and knowledgeable.
