Once again, I was extremely happy with the service to my vehicle. These folks are caring and no surprises are to be had. Have not met any of the techs as yet, but if they are anything like Brian, Josh or Angie, I am extremely grateful to have been referred here. Thank you again.

We brought our van in to Waterloo Automotive for what we all thought was going to be about a $600 repair of some leaking oil gasket. The repair in fact turned out to be no more than an oil plug replacement for a few dollars! We trust Waterloo Automotive so much and weren’t surprised when we received a call that our $600 anticipated repair was going to cost no more than about $10! Brian even asked if we wanted to proceed with an oil change because we were still about 1000 miles from actually needing one. I can’t speak highly enough about how this shop treats us like family and how we will continue to take all of our vehicles to them! We just tell them now to “do whatever you would do on your own vehicle” and trust their integrity to the fullest! 15 out of 10 service consistently!

Brian, Josh and all of the folks at Waterloo Automotive are always great to work with! I know that they are going to communicate with me throughout the process and get the work done quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for another great experience!

We are not from the area and wasn’t sure where to take our Explorer when the AC quit working. After reading online reviews we chose Waterloo Automotive and they exceeded our expectations! They got us scheduled immediately, fixed the problem within a day, had amazing customer service, and even did valet service so we never had to leave the house! Once they diagnosed the issue they called and thoroughly explained what went wrong and what needed to be done. Throughout the whole process we received updates through text letting us know where we were in the process. We will be using this shop for all future automotive needs!

I have had repairs done on a couple vehicles at Waterloo automotive over the years. Each time I was very satisfied with the repairs and how everything was explained and what options I had for those repairs. You are never given the hard sell, just facts and recommendations. Recently I took my 2008 F150 to have a set of four tires installed along with an alignment. Later I was notified by service manger Josh that the alignment would not hold due to some parts that need to be replaced. These items were identified the last time I had a repair done with their extensive maintenance inspection, but I had decided to wait at that time. Josh explained the situation in detail and provided possible options. Josh and his crew went out of their way to locate those parts and replace those parts in such a short notice and finish the alignment and tires in one day. I have and will continue to recommend Waterloo Automotive. I feel good when I drive out that its done right and if anything isn't I know it will be made right.

Friendly staff. Speedy service. Excellent mechanics. Very thorough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Waterloo Automotive for a very long time. Before moving to Waterloo I had a mechanic that my family used for generations. It’s where my grandpa and dad took their cars. I could trust that if he told me it was a $500 or $1,000 repair it really was because sometimes he wouldn’t even charge me. It was a trust built over decades. When I moved to Waterloo it was just too far to go him so I needed to find a new shop. It’s been so long ago now that I’m not sure how I ended up at Waterloo Automotive but sure glad I did. Just like my old mechanic, I trust Brian and his crew. We’ve had a wide range of vehicles from brand new to really old beaters. Brian has been really good about saying things like “in good conscious, I can’t suggest you put any more money into this truck”. He could have easily have fixed it and charged me but he didn’t. This level of trust is priceless. What I like best about Brian and his crew though is that he makes me feel like I’m a personal friend. I like to think that I am his friend and I get special treatment because I’m his friend. I strongly suspect however that he treats everyone like this. I’m not sure if this is a skill he’s cultivated or it just comes naturally to him. Either way, it’s special. Interestingly enough, everyone he’s hired over the years has this same ability. So even if Brian isn’t there that sense of friendship is still there. It’s a great place. If you’re looking for a place to have your car fixed I can whole heartedly recommend you give them a try.

Brian and his staff are wonderful, quick responses and second opinions on anything car related. He is very quick at getting you in for repairs without the hassle. I would trust Waterloo automotive over any dealership shop, no hassle approach. His staff is very knowledgeable as well. He is up front and honest with his customers, and values the relationship he builds with you. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
