I always feel confident that Waterloo Automotive will treat me well, do good work, and not do things which are not necessary. I think Brian, his dad and staff give he BEST customer service in Waterloo.

I always have excellent service when I take my car in for work. Everybody is always friendly and knowledgable. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't take my car anyplace else.

awesome service and great ppl so friendly and really helpful , Meyer's is an amazing place for me to maintain my 2005 Mercedes Benz , they have Bosch certified service and mechanics , and they are a better deal (regarding the coast) then Mercedes dealers . Really super service and very friendly ppl :)

As always Chris and Rich go out of their way to provide excellent service.Rich had multiple customers at same time and phone ringing while others were at lunch and still insisted on bringing my car to the door for me in the snow.
