Have been taking my cars there since I moved to Waterloo ten years ago. Brian and the rest seemed to have gone out of their way to help me over the years, They have been very kind and helpful to an old guy, and I think their mechanics are very good. I am so appreciative I buy my tires and batteries from them, though I wouldn't have to.

Great customer service. I spoke with Josh on everthing. Had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed to my liking. Always kept me up to date on everything being done or problems occurring with vehicle. Looked out for your best interest!. Even though I told them to take their time...no rush..because they are busy they got it done very fast without skipping any corners. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! I stopped in to inquire about an oil change and explained I was kind of in a bind, do to working and going to the hospital for family. They did it on the spot. Will be going back for other items.

What a wonderful repair shop. The Customer Service is amazing. I stopped in to see about getting an oil change , and explained that I needed one kind of quick, since I was going back to forth to work and the hospital due to family. They did it on the spot and were great.

We just moved in from out of state and Candace was very helpful and welcoming. The shop fixed our car's issue and had us back on the road at a reasonable rate.

Proper service

Best costumer service I have experienced from an automotive place! They are extremely patient and make sure to explain and express and concerns or issues going on with the vehicle. They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and I could not be happier!
