This was my first visit to Waterloo Automotive. I really don't know why I had never had my car serviced there before. From the initial evaluation of what repairs my car needed to the completion of that work, I was updated about the progress!

Took the time to thoroughly and clearly answer all my questions. Worked hard to resolve my issues. This is why I keep going back.

Brian and the rest seemed to have gone out of their way to help me over the years, They have been very kind and helpful to an old guy, and I think their mechanics are very good. I am so appreciative I buy my tires and batteries from them, though I wouldn't have to.

Great customer service. I spoke with Josh on everthing. Had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed to my liking. Always kept me up to date on everything being done or problems occurring with vehicle. Looked out for your best interest!. Even though I told them to take their time...no rush..because they are busy they got it done very fast without skipping any corners. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! I stopped in to inquire about an oil change and explained I was kind of in a bind, do to working and going to the hospital for family. They did it on the spot. Will be going back for other items.
