Brian was very welcoming, they do a thorough oil change for sure! I even got a list of concerns I can address on my own, or have them do it. Everything but body work, I'm told.

In revent years they have started to print out diagnostic sheets about your car and you can see for yourself what is going on with your car and if there is anything that needs to be addressed. I would never trust my car to anyone else than Waterloo Automotive!
