A little background is necessary. For years, I had all my vehicle maintenance and repair done by a shop here in Waterloo. I stayed with them because options were limited, Then, after my "regular" shop caused several catastrophic issues that resulted in the loss of an engine, plus countless other half-a** repairs, I decided to try Waterloo Automotive. My first response was "Why did I wait so long to take my vehicles here? After meeting with Josh, Brian, Candace and Angie, I can honestly say I've never met a nicer, well-informed and capable team of automotive specialists. And the Customer Service is incredible! My old shop required me to drop off my vehicle and walk home. Then walk back when they said my vehicle was ready. Not the case at Waterloo Automotive! Not only did they offer shuttle service to and from my home to their shop, but I also received frequent updates via text messages to my phone. No surprises, other than the excellent work and care they gave me and my vehicle. I'm convinced ... ALL of my future business for car maintenance and repair will be done exclusively by Waterloo Automotive! Great job everybody! And Thank You!

Brian runs a top notch automotive service. Waterloo Automotive is the friendliest, most efficient and knowledgable auto service company around. They have helped my wife Dottie & I maintain our 2008 Acura RDX for 283,000 miles, until we just decided to get a new one. Their work is so professional. They never do anything not scheduled without first discussing any issue with us. You will never find a better place to maintain your vehicles.
