A great company to work with. No one wants to deal with a broken down vehicle-these guys made the whole process stress free. They managed our warranty company and had our best interest in mind when working through all the issues our Traverse presented. The warranty on the work they completed is unheard of. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else for repairs and service.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Waterloo Automotive. Everyone there was very kind and personable. The mechanic actually took the time to take a drive with me so he could hear exactly what I was hearing and would have a better idea of what was going on. The isssues with our vehicle were explained in a manner that I was able to clearly understand. They also were able to get our vehicle in and out the very same day....I was shocked!! They also are very reasonable in price. We would and will definitely recommend Waterloo Automotive to anyone having any kind of issue with their vehicles!!

We now have 3 cars that are customers of Waterloo Automotive. I'm happy to report that all 3 are thrilled with their checkups and occasional repairs. Recently brought in our Civic and the staff actually recommended we don't do some work due to the cost. How many automotive shops would do that?

Brian was very welcoming, they do a thorough oil change for sure! I even got a list of concerns I can address on my own, or have them do it. Everything but body work, I'm told.
