What a wonderful repair shop. The Customer Service is amazing. I stopped in to see about getting an oil change , and explained that I needed one kind of quick, since I was going back to forth to work and the hospital due to family. They did it on the spot and were great.

We just moved in from out of state and Candace was very helpful and welcoming. The shop fixed our car's issue and had us back on the road at a reasonable rate.

Once again Waterloo Automotive has made care maintenance easy! In and out under time estimated! Friendly staff. I actually enjoy getting to go and chat with everyone!
