Waterloo Automotive

Was told my timing cover was leaking..however the car still overheats so has to be the radiator or something..I didn't ask for the engine to be checked..but the cooling system as that was the problem..the price quoted to fix was really high I feel..and the dash board light switch was knocked out and now will have to get thst fixed..So needless to say I wasn't pleased with this experience at this time.

Steering wheel started shaking earlier this week. I called Waterloo Automotive and said I was leaving town on Friday and I needed my car. They scheduled an appointment with me Thursday. They found a broken belt in a tire. Two new tires and a front end alignment and I am heading out of town today (Friday). Fast courteous service is what I always get at Waterloo Automotive. Thanks Josh, Logan, Candice and the boys in the shop!

Waterloo Automotive was able to diagnose and repair the engine missing.

Very good customer service ,quick repairs,great inspection of vehicle.

Needed rear differential repair. Josh went out of his way to get what I needed and get me back on the road.

This is the second year in a row that we got our son's car tuned-up before he went back to college. Waterloo Automotive honestly cares about your family and their safety. As a parent it is comforting to know that the vehicle is ready to go. The 'loyalty' program was also beneficial and lowered the price of our visit too!

Both the staff and the service at Waterloo Automotive are amazing! Feel very comfortable taking my car here for routine appointments. When there is a problem, Josh will always explain to me what is going on and comes up with a plan to help me alleviate it. I have been taking my cars here since they opened and feel just as comfortable under this new ownership.

I’m from out of state but have second residence here. Used this business and will ALWAYS USE THIS BUSINESS. Also now have recommended it to family and friends. Enough said!
