I've been going to Brian and his crew for almost 15 years, and I can say you won't find a better shop to go to. They've worked on everything from my daily driver to my race car and they never disappoint me. You won't find a more honest and friendly shop around. Brian is always upfront and honest with his repairs and recommendations. I highly recommend them.

True professionals who listen then fix what’s wrong, quickly and accurately. If they notice something that may cause a problem at a later date they bring it to your attention, suggest a solution, provide a cost estimate and allow you to make the decision. Never any high pressure.

Zach was the technician that worked on my vehicle and it hasnt rode this good in a long time and Brian kept me informed the whole time on what was going on.

You won't find more professional, personal, friendly treatment anywhere else. They always do an expert job. When they say they stand behind their work, you can believe it because they always have for me. Once, a part they installed failed and they had to do the whole repair job again. The part was very hard to access and they had to disassemble and reassemble the whole intake system on the car to replace it. They had to replace gaskets and seals, etc. a second time. It cost me nothing. They stand behind their work and then parts they install. They are excellent at contacting you and updating you on progress on your car or notifying you of unforeseen things they find while working on your vehicle.

I recently lost my husband and was very nervous about getting work done on my car by myself. It was just regular maintenance but I just didn't know where to go that would be trustworthy. I googled automotive repair close to my location and one of the places that came up was Waterloo Automotive. When I called, Josh answered the phone with such a friendly voice that immediately made me feel comfortable. When I went there I met Josh and Brian. What a great couple of guys--so friendly. They were so easy to work with and I was 'at ease' as soon as I arrived. Everything was done on my car and ready for me to pick up. They provided me a loaner car while they had mine--which was very helpful. I have found my repair shop. Thank you, Waterloo Automotive for your professional help.

First of all, the fact that they are family owned and operated and that they make you feel like family is inviting, especially when going in to an automotive place for the first time. They provide exceptional customer service! I had a problem with my front end vibrating and had to purchase new tires, they balanced them and did a wheel alignment. A few weeks later (probably longer than that) my front end was still vibrating so I took it in and they fixed the problem for no charge! Not even labor costs! They honestly stand behind their work. They also didn’t try to up sell like some other places do, unless you really need something done. They also worked to make it as affordable as possible. At that time they also told me my about a wheel that had been welded in the past. About 2 months later I had a slow leak in my new tire. Found out there was a crack in the wheel. (All these big and bad potholes!) They immediately called a wheel repair shop and got a quote and set an appointment to get repaired. Didn’t have to wait around. So I’m taking it back to get repaired and they will give me a car to drive until it is fixed! Waterloo Automotive will continue to be my go to automotive place for the future. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest auto repair shop. While waiting, enjoy good conversations with Brian and Josh, who BTW provide great customer service.
