To say that I was impressed with the quality of this wonderful place would be an understatement! I stopped to make an appointment for my car. The friendliness of the office is so refreshing! Josh managed to get my car in right away, and that impressed me. I didn't have to wait very long for the service to be complete, and Candace gave me a print out of my car's history. It was certainly a pleasant experience, and I will be back for all my maintenance issues! Thank you!

I took my car into Waterloo Automotive for a routine oil change & wheel alignment. They took the time to look over my car and let me know I need to have a shock replaced. They asked me to see if my car was still under warranty instead of processing with the process which could have cost me a fortune. Thank you for giving me the time to check into this issue & giving me time to get the money together for it.

Started using this shop when we relocated to the area in 2020. Honest, very personable and amazing customer service. Josh knows his stuff and cares about his customers.
