They have helped my wife Dottie & I maintain our 2008 Acura RDX for 283,000 miles, until we just decided to get a new one. Their work is so professional. We love Waterloo Automotive. They communicate with us every step of the way. They give us a clearly broken down quote before they ever start the work. They help us prioritize what needs to be completed first according to our budget. They've even sent someone to our door to pick us up and provided loaner cars to drive. I want my children in a safe vehicle and they always deliver. The employees always have a joke ready to tell my kids and provide a safe space in the office for them to wait if needed.

I never have had an issue with These folks. My vehicle went in for a complete fluids change and it was done cleanly and professionally. Josh explained every process thoroughly and the truck was ready in a very timely manner. They also provided me a loaner vehicle while mine was in for service - a very convenient option since I still needed to go to work. I have been doing business with Waterloo for 15+ years and wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else.
