Waterloo Automotive

This place does it right! They cover the seat and the floor. The service writers know what they are talking about and are very professional. The service was the best I have ever experienced at a repair shop.

Excellent service, they just do everything right!

This is such a wonderful shop to work with! I used them for general maintenance and I keep coming back for any issues I’m having. They are great communicators and are very willing to work with your schedule.

I had a great experience. From scheduling to pay and pickup. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend friends and family to come here.

From start to finish I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I was shown. Technician was fair and honest.

Been going for years. Won’t go anywhere else.

I always bring my vehicles to Waterloo Automotive! They can handle anything on your vehicle and the plus is that they do it with respect and class! They always treat you like a family member or an old friend and I trust their recommendations or advice since they have never steered me wrong in almost ten years.

In preparation for a long trip, I took my truck to Waterloo Automotive to have some services performed and a health check. As always, Josh and his team performed requested services and their multipoint inspections. Very safety conscious, knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in for just an oil change and have brakes looked at. They provided a full detailed report from wipers, tires, radiator hose, leaks and brakes. The report was available electronically and physical paper. All very helpful!
