Can't say enough about Waterloo Automotive's wonderful service. They have gone above and beyond ever since I've been taking my vehicle to them which has been approximately 15 years.

Dropped by the shop and within 5 minutes I was again underway confident the key fob was working well. Thanks to the service writer at the front desk, quick and efficient service.

My wife was leaving for a driving trip and one of her tires was losing air. So. I called Waterloo Automotive and they had it completed by the next morning early. They had to order the tire to match the other 3 tires because it had a screw in the side of the tire. I love this auto shop! Thank you...

Had to purchase another truck(used) and took it to Waterloo Automotive for their inspection. After their thorough examination and evaluation all was noted and a couple items was suggested for replacement. Scheduled the repair and the service was completed. I now feel more comfortable about the purchase and future service by Waterloo Automotive.

I went in for an AC problem. They diagnosed the problem, got the right part, and installed it. They recharged my system and looked or any additional leaks. Very professional and friendly business. I would recommend this place to anybody.
