Fixed the headlight on my vehicle. Explained the two options to fix the headlight. Brian, Josh and Candace always explain what is needed to fix the problem with my vehicle. I've been taking my SUV to Waterloo Automotive for 10 years and would not take it anywhere else. I recommend them to family & friends many times.

Great customer service along with great technicians

Once again called upon Waterloo Automotive for a rescue. Went to start my truck one morning and all it would do is crank and never turn over. Attempts to get it started failed, so the next morning contacted Waterloo Automotive to notify them I was having it towed in to them. Candace informed me that it maybe a couple days before they could get to a diagnosis due to it was Friday plus they were short techs, but would try to work it in if possible. That was very understandable since I just dropped it in their lap with no appointment. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the end of the day they had diagnosed the problem as a fuel pump and maybe possible to have it repaired by Monday. Monday came and I was updated with progress and I had even requested a few extra services to be performed, which they performed without question. Thanks to Candace, Josh, Brian, Jacob and all the techs that keep my truck on the road.

They are always quick to get service complete and super friendly at every step. They communicate everything very clearly so theres no worries about prices or whats being done. Awesome they have a rewards program for a small, local shop! All the guys working on the vehicles are polite and professional as well

That’s a long depressing and disappointing story! So, I did some inquiries, and everyone pointed me toward Waterloo Automotive at 622 North Market Street. Everyone I talked with said, “Go see Brian Meyer and his staff at Waterloo Automotive they won’t disappoint.” Well, the recommendations did not disappoint! I went and talked with Brian and from his first few statements I knew it wasn’t about making a fortune off me and car. It was more about addressing my automotive problems and getting me back behind the wheel. The number one priority was my car and me. I had a great conversation addressing my concerns regarding my car, costs and there was absolutely no pressuring about all these other things. You know those things that the place on the north end of town recommends being done and then they spin a pricing wheel on how much they are going to charge you. At Waterloo Automotive they are up front with you, focusing on your vehicle and customer care and not about you taken out a loan from the bank before coming to see them. Like that place on the north end of town. The communications lines were just amazing from start to finish and the vehicle inspection form they do is just fabulous.
