On December 29th, I literally crept into Waterloo Automotive--my car simply quit, with multiple check engine lights. I knew if I could get the 10 blocks to them--everything would be all right. Even though I was an unexpected customer that afternoon, I warmly greeted when they checked me in. Quick diagnosis was made, and with the determination that my car was unsafe to drive away, was given a courtesy ride back home (8+ miles out in the country). Best of all--had my wheels back within 48 hours. Great customer service, all the way around!

I think Josh is a great person a people type person. He understands car value. He is the first person in my 70 years that levels with me and tells me exactly what is wrong with my automobile. I like his honesty and d evotion to his profession and that is why I will always bring my car to Waterloo Automotive. Thanks Josh

Simply the best car service around. The staff is incredible from top to bottom. They really do care about you and your vehicle. Small town charm, quick service, honest assesments. I would recommend them to anyone, and have to many friends and family already.
