We just had our car in for a possible oil leak. It was a car we recently bought used and this is the first time we had it in to Waterloo Automotive. Not only did they work on and fix the oil leak issue they did an end to end review of the car and noted possible areas of work needed moving forward. They are thorough, detailed and go above and beyond each and every time. Their customer service is amazing! We would not take our auto anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about how great Waterloo Automotive is. The mechanics are excellent and really thorough when working on our cars. The customer service is stellar! They take the time to evaluate any and all issues and explain what is going on. I honestly would not take my cars anywhere else!

There are auto repair shops and then there is waterloo Automotive. This shop sets the standards of excellent customer service and repairs. In these trying times it is very hard to find a company that can make you feel as though you as a person / customer or your business matters. You can't find a shop that will treat you with kindness and respect as much as Waterloo Automotive does. I have lived in 9 states and have hand many cars and this by far the best Auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I never have any worries taking my cars there and I know everything will be done thoroughly and correct. My dad always said once you find that perfect shop don't take your cars anywhere else to save a few bucks. I am proud to say that I highly recommend Waterloo Automotive. We took the car in on Monday they did a great job inspecting it and locating the problem. By Tuesday afternoon it was fixed and ready to go. I recommend them.

I had trouble with the battery on my truck and took it in without an appointment. They took me right away and were willing to help as soon as I walked in the door. These people are great! They are all so friendly and got the work done immediately. I would definitely recommend them for any work on your auto. I have been to them in the past and they have always done a great job!! Waterloo Automotive stepped up again. Over the Holidays we needed to have our son's car checked out while he was home from college. Josh and the team were all over it. Scheduling was a snap. The text with the tech summary is amazing and very helpful. If we did not visit Waterloo Automotive we may have sent our son back to school with a bad battery in his car. Now we can sleep a little easier...

Professional and prompt. Fair price for our repairs and we feel satisfied all around. We brought in an suv for a pre purchase inspection and they found some minor issues we needed to address. We then brought in our sedan for the check engine light and some other issues and they clearly and professionally communications in writing and by a phone call about what our options were and what would work best for our family situation. Would recommend them highly. It was worth the bit of a drive to see them. At the time we posted this they had a ‘loaner’ car if we needed it while they were repairing our vehicle. I found them very easy to do business with in general
