I had Waterloo Automotive check my car in between oil changes. Also, I had a noise in the steering checked out. A new boot and new tie rod was installed. Brian did a great job explaining the job. I have great confidence in Waterloo Automotive and I really appreciate their honesty and concern in getting my car fixed.

I use my Jeep on a daily basis for delivering mail. When I had a wheel speed censor fail Brian took it in and did a fantastic job getting it back to me. Prior to any work he quoted me a worst case # and a best case # and ended up closer to the best. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs. As a first time customer I won’t be going anywhere else.

I cannot even to begin to express how great this shop is. I brought my truck in with transmission issues. The team diagnosed it and said that the transmission would need to be rebuilt. As many would do I checked other repair facilities. Most of the prices were comparable. What sold me on bringing it to Waterloo Automotive was the communication and options that were given to me. The initial inspection was sent to me via text message. Clicked the link and there is a picture of my vehicle and a check list. The techs do a thorough job looking over and recommending repairs. With that the service advisor that I was dealing with Josh, he never once was pushy about repairing everything. He was focused on getting me back on the road. We just had our car in for a possible oil leak. It was a car we recently bought used and this is the first time we had it in to Waterloo Automotive. Not only did they work on and fix the oil leak issue they did an end to end review of the car and noted possible areas of work needed moving forward. They are thorough, detailed and go above and beyond each and every time. Their customer service is amazing! We would not take our auto anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about how great Waterloo Automotive is. The mechanics are excellent and really thorough when working on our cars. The customer service is stellar! They take the time to evaluate any and all issues and explain what is going on. I honestly would not take my cars anywhere else!

There are auto repair shops and then there is waterloo Automotive. This shop sets the standards of excellent customer service and repairs. In these trying times it is very hard to find a company that can make you feel as though you as a person / customer or your business matters. You can't find a shop that will treat you with kindness and respect as much as Waterloo Automotive does. I have lived in 9 states and have hand many cars and this by far the best Auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I never have any worries taking my cars there and I know everything will be done thoroughly and correct. My dad always said once you find that perfect shop don't take your cars anywhere else to save a few bucks. I am proud to say that I highly recommend Waterloo Automotive. We took the car in on Monday they did a great job inspecting it and locating the problem. By Tuesday afternoon it was fixed and ready to go. I recommend them.

I had trouble with the battery on my truck and took it in without an appointment. They took me right away and were willing to help as soon as I walked in the door. These people are great! They are all so friendly and got the work done immediately. I would definitely recommend them for any work on your auto. I have been to them in the past and they have always done a great job!! Waterloo Automotive stepped up again. Over the Holidays we needed to have our son's car checked out while he was home from college. Josh and the team were all over it. Scheduling was a snap. The text with the tech summary is amazing and very helpful. If we did not visit Waterloo Automotive we may have sent our son back to school with a bad battery in his car. Now we can sleep a little easier...
