I have had my Explorer in the shop here a couple of times, and they have always provided amazing service with repairs and maintenance. They are always going above and beyond by answering all of my questions (and I have a lot), keeping me informed as my repair progresses, and valuing my time and money as their own. This is the first repair shop that I trust with my vehicle and I don't believe has any ulterior motive. Most recently they saved me $1,500 with a repair recommendation after some more intense investigation with an issue my Explorer was having. As long as this shop is available to take my car I will be taking my vehicles here.

We have used Waterloo Automotive every time an issue has come up with one of our vehicles. They are always very quick to get us in, complete the repair either by the time estimated or before, and I am confident I am always getting the best value. I called them when I took my vehicle in for a recall at the dealership to get their opinion on some 'recommended repairs' and they were honest about the necessity of the repair and gave me a quote for the same work (and saved me money!). Most recently I had an issue come up with my Explorer, they had it fixed and back to me quickly and saved me money because they kept investigating the issue and didn't settle on the first apparent problem. We will continue to take our vehicles to Waterloo Automotive for all of our repair needs, and recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and good workmanship.
