On December 29th, I literally crept into Waterloo Automotive--my car simply quit, with multiple check engine lights. I knew if I could get the 10 blocks to them--everything would be all right. Even though I was an unexpected customer that afternoon, I warmly greeted when they checked me in. Quick diagnosis was made, and with the determination that my car was unsafe to drive away, was given a courtesy ride back home (8+ miles out in the country). Best of all--had my wheels back within 48 hours. Great customer service, all the way around!

I think Josh is a great person a people type person. He understands car value. He is the first person in my 70 years that levels with me and tells me exactly what is wrong with my automobile.
