Unbelievable customer service. Diligent in their diagnostic evaluation of the problem. Always above and beyond.

Most car dealerships are unable to provide quick appointments for diagnostic services. I was told that there was a problem with the alignment of my left rear tire and feared a safety issue. I was able to received a quick, reassuring diagnostic review of my car. I will return for services as needed for my 2013 vehicle.

As car repairs go a windshield replacement may not sound challenging or require alot of extra customer service. But Waterloo Automotive went the extra mile to ensure that we had the correct windshield for our auto defrost connections. They also were very accommodating with our schedule. Everyone that greeted us was very personable and professional. And who walks a customer out to their car on a hot day? Waterloo Automotive, that is who.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Great mechanics and the front office is professional...and honest!!
