For years, once my vehicle is no longer under warranty, I have turned to Waterloo Automotive for repairs and maintenance. Their staff is helpful, informative, easy to talk to, and - most importantly - not condescending or impatient with my questions. They provide a home town experience and service you don't find very often anymore. I like that they are so conveniently located in town and do very good work.
