Waterloo Automotive

We brought one of our vehicles to Waterloo Automotive about 10 years ago and had a good experience so we began bring our other vehicle there as well. Our family now has 4 vehicles and we bring them all there. In addition to being honest, professional, and friendly, they explain things clearly, get the work done in the time they estimate (or sooner), and don't do work if it doesn't need to be done. When we had our truck in yesterday for an oil change, they noticed that the nuts on the hood scoop were loose and retorqued them - just one example of how they go above and beyond.

This was the first time using Waterloo automotive, and I have to say they are by far the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with, and they were able to get my truck looked at in a quick manner. They exceeded my expectations when they sent me pictures and info on diagnostics and everything they suggest needed to be done. I will never hesitate to use them again, and I will certainly recommend Waterloo automotive to anyone looking for great local service

I have had my Explorer in the shop here a couple of times, and they have always provided amazing service with repairs and maintenance. They are always going above and beyond by answering all of my questions (and I have a lot), keeping me informed as my repair progresses, and valuing my time and money as their own. This is the first repair shop that I trust with my vehicle and I don't believe has any ulterior motive. Most recently they saved me $1,500 with a repair recommendation after some more intense investigation with an issue my Explorer was having. As long as this shop is available to take my car I will be taking my vehicles here.
