Josh and Candace are true professionals. They are very good at explaining the tech notes and at answering any questions I had. I never felt rushed. In fact, I was always impressed with how much attention I was given. Waterloo Automotive was interested in doing what was best for me and my car which is why I will continue to bring my cars back when needed.

Great service! My truck battery died and they had it replaced and ready to go the same day.

I needed new tires and new front brakes for my truck before traveling to Kentucky to help my parents move. As usual I waited until the last minute but Brian found a way to get me in before I had to leave. Although a loaner vehicle was not available a very friendly young lady gave me a ride home after I dropped my vehicle off and a nice young man came and picked me up when my vehicle was complete. A++ service! BTW, I am extremely pleased with the new tires Brian recommended. Them and the new brakes made a huge difference for the job which required hauling a heavy trailer. Thanks again for the great service and I appreciate being treated like family every time I stop in!

Waterloo Automotive performed above and beyond. They were able to service my truck early and completed the services earlier than expected. My old truck now runs like a brand new one! Brian send me a few options of tires, and was honest on the brand he likes and dislikes. I really appreciated that honesty.
